At the start of the season, At the start of the season we predicted that Ingram would win MIP. While he hasn’t made an immediate impact, the season is only young. The former no.2 pick is currently averaging double-figure points and with Lonzo dishing to him, it may very well become a dynamic duo.
Ingram showed signs in the Wizards game of being able to come in clutch and step up. For a young Lakers team, it is vital that Ingram continues to do this game in and game out. If Ingram can, then he is a high chance of taking him the Most Improved at the end of the season.
